Although listeners will hear up to four minutes of commercials every hour, these commercials do not begin to cover the various costs associated with producing such a mammoth endeavor as internet radio – at least not the way that Ho`olohe Hou Radio does it. This means that we depend on our listeners for 99% of our funding support.
But Ho`olohe Hou Radio is not merely a radio station. It is a community of Hawaiian music lovers from around the globe who agree that some of the most historically and culturally important Hawaiian music is no longer commercially available in any format – only here at Ho`olohe Hou Radio. Our goal is to support the community the way it has supported us, and we aim to do this by offering exclusive content (additional monthly programming, threaded forums for discussing Hawaiian music with each other and with your host/DJ, contests, etc.) to our premium subscribers. Naupaka Sponsorship ($5/month or $54/year)
A Ho`olohe Hou Hou bumper sticker, a personal on-air “thank you” several times a month throughout the year, access to a patron-only discussion board where listeners can chat with each other and your host/DJ, and your name listed as a Naupaka Sponsor on the Ho`olohe Hou website.
Laua`e Sponsorship ($7/month or $75/year)
Everything above plus a Ho`olohe Hou Radio logo ceremic coffee mug or t-shirt, and your name listed as a Laua`e Sponsor on the Ho`olohe Hou website.
Lehua Sponsorship ($9/month or $97/year)
Everything above plus a 12-month subscription to the Ho`olohe Hou Radio Monthly – a two-hour monthly audio program (featuring rare material that has not yet been aired on the public broadcast), and your name listed as a Lehua Sponsor on the Ho`olohe Hou website.
Mokihana Sponsorship ($11/month or $118/year)
Everything above plus a half-hour stint* as “Guest DJ” on Ho`olohe Hou Radio (you pick the songs, you do the voice-overs), and your name listed as a Mokihana Sponsor on the Ho`olohe Hou website. *(I will guide you through the entire process, and we will have a great time together! Your guest segment will air at least once per month throughout the next year.)
`Ahihi Sponsorship ($13/month or $140/year)
Everything above plus request and dedication (you choose four songs for me to spin for four different occasions with a personal dedication for a friend or loved one on their special day), and your name listed as an `Ahihi Sponsor on the Ho`olohe Hou website.
Maile Sponsorship ($15/month or $162/year)
Everything above plus a copy of each new CD released by Ho`olohe Hou Records (approximately 5-6 new releases annually), and your name listed as a Maile Sponsor on the Ho`olohe Hou website.
`Iliahi Sponsorship ($24/month or $259/year)
Everything above plus six months of 30-second promotional spots for your organization or corporation produced with the complete production assistance (writing, editing, voice-over) of Ho`olohe Hou Radio to be aired several times a month in key listener hours in the time zones of greatest importance to your organization, and your name listed as an `Iliahi Sponsor on the Ho`olohe Hou website.

Jacqueline Leilani “Honolulu Skylark” Rossetti was a groundbreaking local Hawai`i DJ and supporter and promoter of Hawaiian music. She was also a staunch supporter of Ho`olohe Hou Radio who lent her immediately identifiable voice to our efforts. HHR listeners hear Skylark every hour of every day, and HHR will do everything it can to keep Skylark’s voice alive in Hawaiian music. The Jacqueline Skylark Rossetti Memorial Sponsorship includes everything above plus will allow Ho`olohe Hou Radio to go commercial-free for 12 months.
